At Paramount Caskets, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, your casket arrives damaged, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

Damaged Caskets: In the unlikely event that a casket is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement casket to be sent to you as quickly as possible. To expedite the replacement process, please provide us with photos of the damage.
